Quality

We are having all testing machine in house for testing of each and every input of fibc including :

• MFI TESTER : We have mfi tester to check input all polymer quality
• WEATHER TEST : UV tester from q lab usa to check weather test
• TENSILE TESTER : At each state of bag mfr we test break load of tapes / webbing / fabric
• TEST RIG : We produce fibc with safety factor of upto 7 time. We have our own test rig to check complete finished fibc with load up to seven time factor. State of art test rig with graphics results available for fibc bursting test
• GSM : Tester to check variation in fabric gsm for fabrics
• DENIER : Testing machine available to check denier of tapes and pp multi filament yarn
• TPM : In house twist measurement devise available to check twist in tapes and yarn
• METAL DETECTOR : We have in house state of art metal detection conveyor available, each and every bag pass through this belt for possible metal detection
